Registration now open for the Manitoba Student Health Research Forum

Details:

The Manitoba Student Health Research Forum (MSHRF), taking place at the University of Manitoba, provides opportunities for advanced training, networking, and professional development for Manitoba graduate students and postdocs.  

Key dates:

The forum will take place from June 17-19, 2024, and will include the research poster competition, professional development workshop, Drewry lecture, and graduate student awards. The event now also features:  

A lecture session and luncheon celebrating the work of the Manitoba Medical Service Foundation, in partnership with Manitoba Blue Cross (taking place June 19 from 10:30 a.m. to noon, followed by lunch)
Talks from nine early career researchers (ECRs), emphasizing the path each took to get where they are today  
A lecture by the 2024 winner of the Prose Prize for Clinical Research
A networking and mentorship session with many of the University’s Manitoba-based alumni and employers.

Registration is now open (closing June 3, 2024 or when capacity is reached).
