MMSF receives Outstanding Contribution to Research Award

This May, the MMSF was proud to be the 2023 recipient of the Outstanding Contribution to Research Award.
Awarded annually by the University of Manitoba, the recognition honours “a person or organization that has contributed in a significant way to the research mandate of the Rady Faculty of Health Sciences, through its singular efforts and/or in facilitating/enhancing the research contributions of our researchers."
Dr. Greg Hammond, Executive Director of the MMSF, accepted the award from Dr. Jude Uzonna, Vice Dean (Research) of the Rady Faculty of Health Sciences.
"MMSF has been exceptional in supporting our early career researchers and trainees over many decades and by so doing has significantly strengthened research activities in our faculty." Dr. Uzonna said.
